Refund, Cancellation, and Payment Policy

Deposits and Payments
Deposits, retainers, rush fees, setup fees, consultation fees, and payments for services are generally non-refundable once work has begun, time has been reserved, or resources have been allocated to the project.

Because our work is custom and service-based, completed work is non-refundable. This may include, but is not limited to:

Project Cancellations
If a client cancels a project after work has started, the client may still be responsible for payment for work completed, time spent, research, planning, communication, design concepts, drafts, revisions, third-party fees, or any costs already incurred.
Third-Party Costs
Third-party costs are separate from Arena Media Hub service fees and may be non-refundable. These may include:
Ad spend
Printing costs
Domains
Hosting
Software subscriptions
Stock images
Fonts
Licenses
Vendor fees
Platform fees
Payment processing fees
Shipping or production costs
Paused or Delayed Projects
If a project is delayed because required information, approvals, files, feedback, or payments are not provided by the client, timelines may be adjusted.
Arena Media Hub is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed client communication, missing materials, late approvals, or third-party platform issues.
Revisions
Revisions are subject to the scope of the project or agreement. Additional revisions, changes in direction, new requests, or work outside the original scope may require additional fees.
Final Files and Ownership
Final files, deliverables, or website access may be released after final payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Arena Media Hub may retain the right to use drafts, unused concepts, working files, templates, strategy documents, and internal processes unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Portfolio and Client Work Usage Policy
Arena Media Hub may display completed client work, designs, websites, campaigns, event materials, branding, social media content, printed materials, videos, or other creative work in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, presentations, or marketing materials.
This allows us to showcase our work and promote our services.
If a client requires confidentiality or does not want specific work displayed publicly, the client must request this in writing before the project begins or before the work is published.
Arena Media Hub will make reasonable efforts to respect confidentiality requests when agreed upon in writing.
Testimonials and Results Disclaimer
Testimonials, reviews, portfolio examples, campaign examples, and client feedback shared by Arena Media Hub reflect individual experiences and specific projects.
They are not a guarantee of the same or similar results.
Marketing, advertising, branding, website, social media, and event results can vary based on industry, budget, audience, timing, location, offer, competition, client participation, platform rules, and other factors outside of Arena Media Hub’s control.
